Friday 30th September - back to poole

Another good nights sleep. You made it until 540am and then had another hour with daddy.

Nana and grandad were up early as they were off to Wimborne market. Mummy daddy Carys and Kelly went to Poole. We arrived just as you were trying to sleep early and spent some time keeping you awake. We had a coffee and cake in the ark and then daddy took you into soft play.

Nana and grandad had arrived so you said hello quickly and then we went for a walk around Poole park while you napped.

After lunch we had a Toby carvery which pleased you immensely as you got to have Yorkshire puddings again!
Nana and grandad then went off to Weymouth and the rest of us went to Monkey world. It was a bit disappointing as there wasn't much for you to see.

You loved how much we let you walk and didn't even want to hold hands today you had the reins on and was off. The only problem we now have is you want to stop and pick everything up!

Once back everyone was busy packing. Daddy took you to the swings which you loved - but not as much as the slide.

Thursday 29th September - Swanage and Corfe castle

You slept until 5.30 am. Daddy got in the bed in your room and you dozed on and off for the next hour and a half in bed with him.
You  never came in to wake up nana and granddad until about 7.30
Granddad made Carys boiled egg and soldiers for breakfast
Racing earlier today But it's due to stop later!
We're hopeful
Kelly nana and granddad Played with Carys until it was time to go out nana and granddad drove Carys to wyevale  garden centre because they had a soft play
It was very small but suited you
You had great fun just climbing up everything
But then you just took off
Walking everywhere
but it was lovely to see you so confident to just walk off
We left just after but it took you  25 mins fighting it all the time before going to sleep
You slept for 50 mins and woke as we pulled into Swanage,
We parked in the main car park and put you  in the buggy and walked into the  town and met Mummy, daddy and Kelly and went to eat in a restaurant at the beach
After dinner you wanted to see the sea
So much so that you wanted to go in the water, daddy agreed to take you  to the waters edge
But you managed to pull him in far too muchand soaked his trainers

We walked back to the car where there was a park at the back of the car park
Everyone took it in turns playing with you

Our time ran out on the car park and we then drove to Corfe Castle
We walked through the village
to the model village
You loved it, all the tiny little houses
Nana and granddad then brought you back to Rylands while Mummy Daddy and Kelly went shopping for some groceries.
When we got in you  started walking down the hallway as soon as Nana put you down to take her shoes off, when we got in.
Granddad  and I played with you in our room, until the others returned, Granddad cooked dinner and you ate most of yours.
One very tired little girl it took all of us to amuse you until 6.15pm Mummy gave you your bottle then Mummy and daddy took you up for your bath and bed

Wednesday 28th September - Brownsea Island

Such a good girl last night, you woke up at 6.30 this morning and woke nana and granddad just after, we really did wear each other out yesterday, mummy feeling a little bit better today. But doesn't like the smell of cooking.
Granddad cooked us all omelettes for breakfast, everyone sorted out some washing to do as it's going to be a nice day. Daddy did some work
and Kelly and I played with you while mummy rested and granddad tidied up the kitchen.
At mummy, daddy and Kelly set off to buy some picnic food for lunch.
You, granddad and I left at 10.30 we set off for Sandbanks to catch the ferry. After 10 mins you were asleep
Granddad and I drove around sandbanks until you had an hours sleep. We parked up, and mummy daddy and Kelly were waiting for us, and you woke up straight away.
We packed up the buggy and legged it down the road to catch the ferry over to Brownsea island
You loved the boat ride, another nana day, only nana will do!
You laughed and clapped all the way and said more, more when it was time to get off,
Nana carried you around the island in the Bjorn, as we walked around.
We saw free roaming chickens and lots of Peacocks, which you squealed with delight as you saw more and more of them
We saw a red squirrel, which mummy was very happy to see
And a dear
We walked for about half an hour,
before finding some picnic tables,
We set up the picnic and started the picnic
You love picnics
But the Peacocks decide to join us, mummy was not happy, so granddad walked away and dropped crumbs for them and led them away from us like the pied piper
But more sneaked in behind us and scared mummy
So daddy had to lead them away
When we finished, we packed everything up but you wanted to feed the peacocks the rest of your lunch
Everyone decided to do some exploring,
only we got a little lost, nana and daddy were not best pleased faced with climbing a steep hill, daddy had to get the buggy up, and nana had you in the Bjorn
We got back to the beginning and went to have a drink at the cafe,
more Peacocks
We took it in turns drinking our tea and cake and amusing you
Granddad took you to see the ferry
You liked the little bench too
All too soon it was time to get the boat back
Which again you thoroughly enjoyed
We got back to the car park, mummy and daddy went back to Rylands granddad, Kelly, you and I went to Tesco's, to buy groceries for dinner,
Mummy was resting up and daddy was working when we got back.
Granddad cooked dinner and Kelly and I played fooseball with us
You got very excited when Kelly or I shouted goal and after a few times you were shouting goal too
You kept wanting us to score goals so you could shout goal, even putting your arm up as you did it
Then it was time for dinner, you ate your sausage and mash, and came back and wanted to play more fooseball
You played until it was time for daddy to run your bath, then bed
